⚓ ABOUT THE ROLE
A hands-on Bosun role aboard a 50m motor yacht, leading the deck team and maintaining exceptional exterior standards. This position suits an experienced deck professional ready to organise daily operations and help junior crew develop.

🛥️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate daily deck duties under the Chief Officer’s direction.
• Supervise washdowns, detailing and planned exterior maintenance.
• Prepare deck equipment for docking and anchoring.
• Support safe tender and guest watersports operations.
• Train junior deck crew and monitor equipment condition.
• Maintain an organised deck inventory and report maintenance needs.

✅ IDEAL CANDIDATE
Previous experience as a Bosun or an experienced Lead Deckhand. Confident practical seamanship, clear communication and a calm approach to busy guest operations are essential.
